The short answer
Fitzdares has no sister sites. Fitzdares Limited holds its Gambling Commission licence, and the register shows one active website under that account: fitzdares.com. No other brand sits beside it, so there is no shared owner to compare it with. If you want another bookmaker to try, we review three alternatives: Ladbrokes at 4.5, Coral at 4.4 and Betfred at 4.1. Fitzdares itself is rated 4.1. None of the three shares an operator with Fitzdares. Ladbrokes and Coral are run by one company, and Betfred by another. The sections below set out how they differ on offers, betting features and account rules.

The table puts Fitzdares beside three alternatives on rating, headline offer, operator and licence status. Fitzdares leads with odds boosts on a stake of up to £25, while Ladbrokes, Coral and Betfred lead with free bets for new accounts. All four are licensed by the Gambling Commission and accept UK players. Ratings across the four run from 4.1 for Fitzdares and Betfred to 4.5 for Ladbrokes.
| Bookmaker | Rating | Headline offer | Operator | Licence | UK players |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Fitzdares | 4.1 | 25% odds boost on football, stake up to £25 | Fitzdares Limited | Gambling Commission, active | Accepted |
| 4.5 | Bet £5, get £30 in free bets | LC International Limited | Gambling Commission, active | Accepted | |
| 4.4 | Bet £5, get six £5 free bets | LC International Limited | Gambling Commission, active | Accepted | |
Betfred | 4.1 | Bet £10, get £30 sports and £20 Bet Builder free bets | Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited | Gambling Commission, active | Accepted |
Nothing carries over from Fitzdares to Ladbrokes, Coral or Betfred. Each alternative has its own account system, so a Fitzdares account, balance, limit or verification does not move across to any of them. Fitzdares allows one account per customer; a second account leads to suspension or closure and voided bets. Opening an account at an alternative is a separate sign-up under that bookmaker's own terms.
If you have self-excluded, protection comes first: registering with Gamstop blocks you from gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain, which covers Fitzdares and all three alternatives. Fitzdares and each alternative also have their own self-exclusion arrangements. An alternative is never a way around a self-exclusion.

Fitzdares is a bookmaker that covers 34 sports, from horse racing and football to tennis and golf, with in-play betting, and it also runs a live casino, virtuals and esports. Its rating in our scoring is 4.1.
Racing value earns 4 out of 5. Extra place terms may be offered on races depending on the number of runners, for example the first four places at 1/5 the odds in a field of 12 to 15. Betting features score 3 out of 5, built on cash out for various singles and multiples, Create-A-Bet on football only and daily odds boosts of 10% or 25% on stakes up to £25.
Limits score 5 out of 5: maximum aggregate winnings run to £1,000,000 in a calendar day through the Private Office and £250,000 through the online platform, and the minimum stake is £0.10. Deposits are by Visa or bank transfer, from £10.
Phone support runs from 8am to midnight, with text, email and live chat alongside, and Fitzdares aims to respond within two minutes. An iOS app is on the App Store.
1. Complete the automated identity check at registration, which runs through a third party.
2. If the check cannot confirm you are 18 or over, send documentary evidence of your age.
3. Watch your registered email address, where requests for identification documents arrive.
4. Withdraw at least £10 to your debit card; a smaller balance can be withdrawn only when you close the account.
Fitzdares names a loss limit for casino play and a timeout option among its responsible gambling tools.
We list the three highest-rated other sites we review. Each review below is written as the difference from Fitzdares, with a rating, pros, cons and a visit button. They appear in order of rating, highest first.
Ladbrokes is rated 4.5 against 4.1 for Fitzdares. It is run by LC International Limited, part of Entain Group, and the company traces its history to 1886. Where Fitzdares leads with odds boosts, Ladbrokes leads with a welcome offer: place a £5 bet and receive £30 in free bets, split into four £5 free bets on any sports market, one on a football Bet Builder market and one on a horse racing Bet Builder market.
The free bets carry no wagering requirement, but each free bet must be used whole in one go, and the stake is not returned. The first £5 bet is due within 14 days of registering at minimum odds of 1/2, and the free bets expire after 7 days. Deposits made with prepaid cards, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Apple Pay or Skrill do not qualify, and the free bets cannot be used on greyhounds, virtual sports, Tote or pools.
Our racing value score is 4 out of 5. Best Odds Guaranteed covers all UK and Irish horse racing from 8am on the day of the event, and you opt in once to receive it. Betting features score 5 out of 5, against 3 for Fitzdares: cash out, Bet Builder+ across football, horse racing and tennis, live streaming, acca insurance and odds boosts. The maximum payout on main win or each-way markets in Class 1 to 4 races in Great Britain is £1,000,000.
Payments are wider than at Fitzdares: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, paysafecard, Pay by Bank and bank transfer, with Google Pay deposits from £5. Withdrawal times range from instant to five banking days, depending on the method.
1. Prepare a passport, driver's licence or national ID for identity verification.
2. Hold one account only: a new account is not permitted if you already have one with Coral, bwin, PartyPoker, Sportingbet or another brand under the same licence.
Its tools run from spending controls (deposit limits and a max stake limit) and time management (curfew, reality checks and play breaks) to time out and self-exclusion.
Suits bettors who want a free-bet welcome offer, Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish racing and a wide set of payment methods.
Coral is rated 4.4 against 4.1 for Fitzdares, and the brand dates from 1926. The welcome offer runs on the same terms as Ladbrokes: a £5 first bet returns six £5 free bets.
Certain debit cards are also excluded from qualifying deposits, and the qualifying bet cannot be on specials, Tote or pools or placed with a price boost.
Coral also runs slots, poker, bingo and live casino, with Playtech as a provider, Jackpot King jackpot slots and exclusives such as Joker Fortunes and Big Banker Megaways. Live dealer tables stream from in-house studios and private rooms.
Racing value comes in at 4 out of 5, and Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish horse racing is opt-in here as well. Betting features score 4 out of 5, with cash out on pre-match and in-play singles and multiples, Bet Builder +, live streaming and odds boosters. The Coral Racing Club is a free racehorse ownership club. Coral's top payout cap equals Ladbrokes at £1,000,000.
Payment methods are the same as at Ladbrokes.
1. Send a passport, driving licence or valid UK government identity document when asked; utility bills or bank statements can serve as proof of address.
Coral Rewards is its loyalty programme, and its responsible gambling tools are the same set as Ladbrokes'.
A fit for bettors who want free bets plus slots, poker and bingo beside the sportsbook.

Betfred is rated 4.1, level with Fitzdares. It is operated by Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited, which trades as Betfred and belongs to the Betfred Group. The welcome offer is the largest of the three alternatives: a first bet of £10 or more at Evens or longer, placed after a debit card deposit and settled within 7 days, returns £30 in sports free bets and £20 in Bet Builder free bets within 24 hours of settlement.
The free bets expire after 7 days; they cannot be used on combination forecasts, combination tricasts or forecast doubles and trebles, and accumulator free bets cannot go on each-way accumulators. A daily Prize Reel gives free spins valued at £0.10 each, with no wagering. On football accumulators of five or more legs, winnings are boosted or up to £10 comes back if one leg loses.
Racing value is rated 4 out of 5, with Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish races from 08:00 on the day and extra place races. Betting features score 3 out of 5: a bet builder, acca insurance and odds boosts. Games run on Playtech, with 2,000+ games, the exclusive Giddy Up Bingo and live casino.
Deposits are by debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, and new accounts open in pounds or euros. Betfred has a phone line and live chat for support, plus a rewards scheme, Rewards4Racing, that gives 1 point for each £1 staked on sports.
1. Provide ID documents when asked; age is checked by an automated method or by the documents you send.
A self-exclusion from a Betfred online account applies to all of its online platforms. Deposit limits, time out and reality checks are the other tools it offers.
Suits bettors who want the biggest free-bet total, daily free spins and a Playtech games library alongside the sportsbook.
Bonuses: Ladbrokes and Coral return £30 in free bets for a £5 first bet, with no wagering, and Betfred returns £50 in free bets for a £10 first bet at Evens or longer. Fitzdares leans on odds boosts instead, from 10% to 25%.
Payments: Ladbrokes and Coral each accept a wide set of methods, including PayPal, Google Pay and paysafecard, while Fitzdares takes Visa and bank transfer and Betfred centres on debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
Games: Betfred offers 2,000+ games on Playtech, Coral adds Jackpot King slots and house exclusives, and Ladbrokes runs jackpots such as Rapid Fire, Jackpot King and Age of the Gods.
Support: all four run live chat and a phone line. Mobile: Fitzdares and Coral have iOS apps, Ladbrokes has an Android app and Betfred plays in the browser or by download.
Racing: Ladbrokes, Coral and Betfred each score 4 out of 5 on racing value, level with Fitzdares.
Safety: account and safety scores are 5 out of 5 at all three alternatives and 4 out of 5 at Fitzdares.

Pick by what you want from a bookmaker. Choose Ladbrokes for the highest rating, 4.5, Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish racing and the widest betting features. Choose Coral if you want the same free-bet welcome terms with slots, poker and bingo alongside. Choose Betfred for the biggest free-bet total, £50, and daily free spins. Choose Ladbrokes or Coral if you want to pay by PayPal, Google Pay or paysafecard. Stay with Fitzdares if the phone support and payout limits described in its review matter most. Whichever you choose, check the current terms with the bookmaker before you deposit, since offers change.
bettinglounge.co.uk (2026) points to Tote, which runs on the same Amelco sportsbook as Fitzdares, and to BetGoodwin, which shared Fitzdares' earlier FSB Tech platform. A shared platform supplier is not a shared owner.
sister-sites.co.uk (2025) says Fitzdares has no sister sites, then names Bet 24, Palms Bet, Classy Slots, Volt Casino, Lottoland, Casumo and NetBet as sites like it. None of those brands appears under the Fitzdares Limited account, which is why the alternatives we review are picked on rating alone.
bettinglounge.co.uk (2026) says Fitzdares has "no other betting sites under the same ownership".
sister-sites.co.uk (2025) calls Fitzdares "an independent online casino" and scores Fitzdares 4.9 out of 5, against our 4.1.
thesistersite.co.uk (2026) agrees, calling fitzdares.com "the only active domain", and adds that withdrawals are aimed to be processed "within 24 hours".
wagerpals.co.uk (2026), citing OLBG and Casino Guru, reports more than 2,200 slots, 100+ live tables and a Safety Index of 7.8 out of 10, and says typical payouts take 24 to 48 hours, a longer window than thesistersite.co.uk's.
Trustpilot shows Fitzdares with a TrustScore of 3 from 358 reviews as of 26 October 2026: 188 are one-star and 133 are five-star, with 17 two-star, 2 three-star and 18 four-star.
Three Trustpilot reviews are quoted here on withdrawals. The review of 20 October 2026 says "lots of games and fairly quick withdrawal", the one of 7 October 2026 says a withdrawal "was processed within a few hours", and a 10 October 2026 reviewer reports being paid "within 20 minutes". They are individual accounts, not a measure of payout speed.
The critical side is a one-star Trustpilot review of 10 October 2026 on slots: "Scatters are very rare". A four-star Trustpilot review of 26 September 2026 from a reviewer aged 78 mentions "excellent telephone communication" but says a quick withdrawal can show "up to 24hrs pending".
1. Complain to the bookmaker first and follow its complaints process.
2. At Fitzdares, a complaint it cannot settle about the outcome of a bet becomes a dispute; refer it to IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service, which is free.
3. At Ladbrokes and Coral, work through three stages, ending with an email to complaints@ladbrokes.com for Ladbrokes or complaints@coral.co.uk for Coral; then escalate to IBAS.
4. At Betfred, expect a Case Review Manager to reply within 72 hours after stages 1 and 2, and a full response within 8 weeks; then take it to IBAS, its preferred provider.
Our take

Rating 4.1
Ownership is not a quality signal here: at 4.1 Fitzdares scores 5 out of 5 on limits and markets and 3 out of 5 on betting features. Among the alternatives, Ladbrokes rates highest at 4.5, Coral follows at 4.4 and Betfred matches Fitzdares at 4.1 while offering the biggest free-bet total. The deciding questions are the offer you want, the payment methods you use and how much phone service matters.
bettinglounge.co.uk (2026), sister-sites.co.uk (2025) and thesistersite.co.uk (2026) each say Fitzdares has no sister sites in the ownership sense, which matches the Gambling Commission register.
On detail the sources split. Payout timing runs from within 24 hours to 24 to 48 hours. Players are split too, with one-star and five-star reviews making up most of the 358 on Trustpilot.
Our take: Fitzdares, rated 4.1 in our scoring, has one clear ownership answer in Fitzdares Limited and a split reception, so confirm withdrawal timing with Fitzdares before you deposit. If you want a free-bet welcome offer, the alternatives are the place to look.
